BOOKING & WARRANTY & REFILL POLICY
My customers and my work are really important to me. I want to make sure you are all satisfied with the service.
Booking your appointment is possible through online booking or social media (IG,FACEBOOK,PLANWAY) or/ by sending me a direct message.
WARRANTY
I have a WEEK warranty.
After your appointment you have a right of file a complaint within- GELPOLISH 7 days ,EXTENSIONS 5 days after our appointment. You should provide a message with a picture attached to it. Complaints are handled by completing these rules and following the recommendations.
REFILL
The price of refills vary as follows.
EXTENSION,REINFORCEMENT
Up to 4th weeks till 5th weeks : ReFILL + 25 kr Removal
Up to 6th weeks: NEW SET
GELPOLISH
Gelpolish cannot be refilled!
You have to book + REMOVAL service when you book for your appointment for a new set of GELPOLISH!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me.
When you book an appointment less then 24 hours of service you forfeit your right to reschedule your appointment.
So please do not book expecting to change the day of service, you will be charged the full price, if you decide to not show up and BANNED from the booking in the future.
No-shows will be send an INVOICE with a 100 % of the price for any services that you missed.
If you late more than 15 minutes from your appointment and there is no sign of any notification it will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged the full price of all services booked.
LATE/TARDINESS
I will always try my best to accommodate you if you are running late behind, stuck in traffic, ect. It happens, I know!
However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying me for my clients who come on time.
Clients will generally be allowed a 15-minute grace period.
After that time, there will be a 99 kr fee added to your final balance.
